Looks like I checked my mail too late to catch you while still inebriated ... Hey! Maybe we should have an over-the-phone drinking game, sometime! Wouldn't that be just ... smashing, as the Brits say? If we stopped after I got drunk, it wouldn't even have to be such a long phone call ... ;)

Boy, glad you didn't pick me, then I'd have to count them all. I think the only two of that list I've even seen more than once are The Crying Game and Fight Club. Although I did rush out to buy the DVD of Waking Life when it came out and have meant on several occasions to watch it. And four of those I haven't even seen, or even heard of. Hmm.

I've been meaning to post about my favorite scenes in Waking Life (when I get around to it, I'll protect any spoilers behind an LJ-Cut). It's just a fascinating movie, though--not the kind of thing I would have expected my (GQ-boy-who-wants-to-be-a-fed-when-he-grows-up) nephew to recommend, at all ... :)
