Supreme Court Rules Guantánamo Tribunals Illegal

In a major rebuke to the Bush Administration,the Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Bush violated U.S. law and the Geneva Conventions in ordering military tribunals for Guantánamo Bay detainees.
