Giant Snub-Nosed Maine Coon-Siamese Mutant Accident Cat

Apparently, my elder cat Puig may have a slim shot at being at being photographic exhibit A in a Science article on cat allergens.  The study author's a friend of drglam's, and remembers Puig from visiting with us in Amherst, years ago.  This may or may not happen, but I was inspired to share a couple of favorite images of my giant, snub-nosed Maine Coon-Siamese mutant accident cat:

hippybngstockng  provided the title for this first picture, which I took when Puig was a mere handful: "Oh, no! Shoes!"

hippybngstockng also took what some consider the definitive Puig picture, a few years later (this is the one drglam  was seeking for Science).  I've tentatively entitled it "Puig, Recumbent":

Which is actually a pretty fair representation of how he still looks ... (I'll boost more pictures of him & his sister here, later ...)

His littermates--all sisters, if I remember correctly--were very beautiful, too: weren't they all tortoise shell or calico?
