Sheesh. That's one of the things I miss most about the east.

Of course, I'm saying that fromt the perspective of someone that doesn't have to shovel anymore (and has a shovel wasting away in the basement)...

10 years in New England was more than enough for me--I'm not that keen on the cold, either, since we're on the subject.

Plus, here in Seattle, I can see the snow looking all aesthetic up there in the mountains on any clear day, without actually having to shovel or trudge though it ... :)
