Well, no, I'm not moving any time soon; I just needed a distraction ...

Interesting that Seattle isn't up there. And I'm so not moving to Boston--ever!

Sheesh. That's one of the things I miss most about the east.

Of course, I'm saying that fromt the perspective of someone that doesn't have to shovel anymore (and has a shovel wasting away in the basement)...

10 years in New England was more than enough for me--I'm not that keen on the cold, either, since we're on the subject.

Plus, here in Seattle, I can see the snow looking all aesthetic up there in the mountains on any clear day, without actually having to shovel or trudge though it ... :)

Yeah, and I'm never moving to NYC!!! This quiz was so lame.

It gave me Atlanta as my top choice! I think only one of the cities it gave me I would even consider moving to. This quiz has failed.

It *is* nice here in SF. Expensive, but I think it's worth it. And no snow. Or tornadoes.

Just the earthquakes, right? :)

Well, at least you don't have a live volcano looming on the city's horizon, like Seattle does ....!

And Seattle's on a fault line too, if I recall rightly.

The earthquake panic is really just a ploy to keep everyone from moving here. Housing's too tight as it is.

Hell, we're on TWO faultlines! (I experienced my very first earthquake, here, just a couple years ago. Scaaaaary. For about 30 seconds.)

Plus there is that big, fat volcano, constantly threatening to do what its sister St. Helens did, 25 years ago ...

But hell, I don't drive, so--statistically speaking--I'm taking fewer risks living here than someone who commutes every day in the safest corner of the country. (Someplace in New England, maybe ...?)

I only got one city that I would consider living in - Portland. Otherwise - Honolulu? No. Atlanta? NO! Austin? Maybe, if it wasn't surrounded by Texas. Denver? Did that and hated it.

Yeah, realistically, the only one of the cities it gave me thtat I'd consider is SF--& then only if I were a ways richer. Honolulu has the combined drawbacks of remoteness & high prices. San Diego reportedly has a nice climate, but they also say it's a very conservative city, so I doubt I'd like it. & Boston & D.C. are interesting places to visit, but I think I'd find them deadly depressing as places to live. So much for quizes ...
